Terrorism Enforcement in the 12 Months After 9/11 |

Terrorism Enforcement in the 12 Months
After 9/11: There are today few problems
confronting the federal government that equal the challenge of dealing
with the threat of terrorism.
A key component of this effort is
enforcement: the arrest and prosecution of individuals who have committed
acts that in one way or another have been classified as involving
terrorism or internal security violations. What is the government doing
and not doing? A special
summary report compares what the government did in this area in the
12 months after the 9/11 with its actions in the previous year. Also
available is TRAC Spotlight, a
new tool that provides additional data on the subject. (An online signup
system provides users 20 queries for $10.) Regular TRACFED subscribers
can obtain even more extensive data including individual listings
(Available February 13, 2003).
