Decisions benched by delays on Denver's overloaded U.S. Immigration Court By Nancy Lofholm
	The current structure is fatally flawed," said Judge Dana Leigh Marks, president of the national association, in a phone interview following that Senate committee hearing.   The immigration court backlog is troubling.
