White collar prosecutions as of March 31, 2025, are down 10% compared to this time in 2024. This number will likely only increase as the reprioritization towards immigration hasn’t yet taken full effect by March.
The decline isn’t limited to white collar crimes; prosecution rates across all non-immigration-related offenses are down.....[Citing TRAC data and reports].
