Auburn, Candia, Weare police receive federal money for ICE task force work

|
ICE detainees are held at two locations in New Hampshire: the Strafford County jail in Dover and the federal prison in Berlin.
As of July, there were 157 detainees in the Berlin federal prison and 140 housed at the Strafford County jail, according to the Transactional Records Access Clearinghouse at Syracuse University, which tracks the average daily population of people held on immigration charges nationally.
